Job Title: Senior Executive - HR Operations
Department: Human Resources
Location: Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi
Reports to: HR Manager/HOD
Position Summary:
The HR Operations Executive will play a key role in managing and overseeing HR-related operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of HR services across the organization. This includes maintaining accurate employee records, handling HR documentation, processing payroll, managing performance, managing employee queries, and assisting with HR compliance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Manage the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and setting up employee systems access.
- Coordinate and support offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and timely exit formalities.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Process employee requests related to benefits, payroll, and other HR services.
- Assist in creating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Payroll & Benefits Management:
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of data and timely submission to finance.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support in audits and assist with HR-related legal documentation as needed.
- Employee Queries & Support:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations, policies, and benefits.
- Provide timely solutions and escalate issues to HR management when necessary.
- Performance Management & Training Support:
- Assist in the implementation and tracking of performance management programs.
- Support training and development initiatives by coordinating schedules, materials, and records.
- Other HR Support:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting talent acquisition efforts.
- Manage HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or a related HR role.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
